JCS School Council
The JCS School Council is responsible for fostering closer links between Jindabyne Central School and its community and participating formally in the planning and governance processes. The School Council performs its role to contribute to the Jindabyne Central School vision:
“Through collaboration deliver a quality learning experience that promotes a student centred learning environment which fosters future focussed life skills and a passion for learning.”
Some of the areas the JCS Coucil is involved in include:
· Curriculum
· Lobbying government bodies
· Dress Code
· school planning
· promotion and participation
· community issues.

The Council is made up of four parent representatives, two community members, the P&C President, two teachers and the Principal.
